Multi-Purpose Hall

APEX Convention Center accommodates for a multi-purpose main hall and many smaller meeting rooms and lounges. The main hall can host around 1,500 guests in a lectures-giving setting and between (730) and (1030) guests when organizing small activations, conferences and / or dinners.
The main hall is also characterized by settings and equipment that allow its division into 5 minor halls; thereby enabling one enormous hosting, or several minor events at once; you will not find this feature in any other convention centers.
The hall can also be divided into a variety of areas to add screens, or exhibitions’ materials that are part of a larger convention.
This multi-purpose main hall is distinguished by its column-free space, with a high ceiling, a car entry regulation and a robust infrastructure; which help in the efficient movement of huge and temporary equipment for production, exhibitions and presentations, and the preparation of additional temporary cabling can be done with ease.

Reception Hall

The multi-purpose hall at the APEX Convention Center comprises a magnificent and elegant reception hall that covers an area of ​​700 m2 which is enough to accommodate many exhibitions and activities that are held before, during and after the events. It is an ideal place to meet delegations, provide welcoming refreshments, as well as registering and identifying these delegates.
The reception hall represents a buffer zone between the entrance and the events occurring in the multi-purpose hall. There is a main entrance adjacent to it that allows delegates to register and identify themselves before entering the convention or attending the event.

Auditorium

The auditorium was designed in the form of an inclined theatre that accommodates 320 seats, containing a large high stage, and a rear control room. The design offers overlooks of the entire auditorium, and its internal design is ideal for designing a multi-purpose hall; thus, making the Center’s distinctive façade accommodate various technical requirements for the hall.
Theatrical performances, films, conventions and lectures can be hosted in the auditorium; because it contains an advanced audio-visual system; and it also features a rear projection system that produces images at the highest quality and clarity levels, and controls the beams and lighting of the stage’s parameter throughout the duration of the events and lectures. If the screen was not used, it will be covered by a mobile wall, making the back of the auditorium seem flat and free of any gaps.
The auditorium features eight translation booths, providing simultaneous wireless translation in eight languages. The presenters can wait in a green room at backstage, which provide room to move the equipment and tools on the stage itself.

Meeting Rooms

APEX Convention Center provides seminar rooms, audio and visual rooms of different sizes to accommodate different types of events; it also includes audio and visual equipment specifically prepared for this purpose. The seminar rooms contribute in presenting the presentation in its best form; as it provides comfortable seating, and lines of vision throughout the room. There are also additional areas on one side of the rooms; to store the furniture and equipment.
Since we are keen on accommodating all the activities of our held events, we have prepared locations for informal discussions between delegations outside the seminars rooms; as we provided domestic-style councils on a limited scale inside the restrooms, and it forms part of the building’s design.

The VIP reception area is located near the main hall to facilitate the entry to the entire building. It contains a quiet lounge that offers tea and coffee making facilities, and a private restroom.

The Outdoor Plaza

APEX Convention Center provides an outdoor area known as the “Plaza”, making APEX the perfect choice for all your events. This semi-covered square covering an area of 4000 m2 is the perfect and best suited place for holding open concerts and exhibitions; as it allows us to organize events that combine open and closed areas thus creating a magical experience for your guests.​​​​​​​
